As much as Hutch loves fishing for walleyes, he truly enjoys fishing for slab crappies, so several years ago he began making some jigs for himself. Every year he'd add a couple more. Now he has decided to share them with everyone.
What makes our crappie jigs stand out? We start with one of the most expensive gold aberdeen hooks one can buy. No cheap hooks here! We use a #6 gold hook for these deadly baits.
We use at least two quality feathers on each jig, along with some of the best chenille available.
